City Hall Watcher #235: The state of the city — in charts — as Olivia Chow gets set to officially take office. Plus: budgetary DOOM!

Change is in the air. Mayor-elect Olivia Chow will make the declaration of office this Wednesday at 11 a.m., presumably by yelling in a loud voice, “I… DECLARE… OFFICE!”

After that, she’ll be Mayor Olivia Chow. I urge her not to wear that goofy chain of office. Also: don’t let anybody call you “Your Worship.” It’s weird.
