City Hall’s sleepy September continues, but I do smell some coffee brewing. This week marks the return of two standing committees from the summer recess, plus the community councils for all four corners of the city.

I’ve got notes on their agendas, including items about fence cops, really bad neighbours, really old trees, and some lights on a bridge.
