City Hall Watcher #198: Far too many charts from a night of voting

Whew. Another election night is in the books.

If you missed it, here’s the short version: Mayor John Tory won, as expected. Not a lot of people voted. Also as expected. (It turns out my number-crunching based on the early vote last week was actually super optimistic. Turnout looks to be below 30%.)
